Jerry received a Bachelor of Science degree
in construction Management from the University of Nebraska
at Lincoln in 1983. That same year, he joined Lacy Construction
as a Project Superintendent. From 1985-1989 he served as a
Project Manager, handling projects ranging in size up to $3.2
million. Since his tenure as President, Lacy Construction
Company has experienced both consistent and significant annual
growth.

Steve graduated from the Nebraska Technical College with an
Associate Arts – Architecture degree in 1971. Steve
worked with Lacy’s from 1976 to 1985 as a Draftsman/Estimator.
He rejoined the company in 1993 as Estimator/Project Manager.
Steve brings over 25 years experience to the Lacy Construction
Company team.

Mel became a Lacy team member in 1985 as a laborer.
He became a Project Superintendent in 1989, working on projects
up to $3.3 million. Mel is now the General Superintendent
for Lacy Construction.
He is in charge of manpower, equipment, and
safety for all of Lacy’s projects.
